Nice  :^:

BTW, it's not mara bunta, it's mara punta grande.

I doubt it. Marabunta/Mara Bunta makes sense compared to Mara Punta Grande w/c doesn't mean a thing in Spanish.

@samyG These are still presumptions, though.

@mrrightt I got the Marabunta mapped up in East LS.  :^:

Thanks for the heads up! I'll try to change their descriptions.

@Deba515 I've based my findings on Graffiti found in West LS and through screenshots of "supposed members" of the Vagos in that area.

Mara "punta" sounds like it would be the joke catracho versión of MS (Por ejemplo: ¡Vamos a bailar punta en el azteca!) Pretty sure it's Marabunta. While I don't know much about MS in LA over here on the East Coast they're eating all the other gangs alive. I don't think they're as organized as they're made out to be on tv but they're pretty damned feared in the DMV- basically someone that you don't mess with where as the so called "Crips" and "Bloods" or Black Guerilla Families just don't inspire quite the fear and respect that MS gets. The gang is also mostly Salvadoran indocumentados here with the occasional Catracho or Chapín mixed in where it sounds like in Cali it's more diverse. That may just be the media but I still feel like they should play a role as a major antagonist in this game.

The MS in my country represent with 13, unlike the 18 here.

Most gangs in the Philippines nowadays rep with 13 as most of their founders were LA deportees.

Examples are the TST13, TBS13, MS13, and even Crip13.

However, shall any of these gangs' members take time in the pen, their outside affiliations would be replaced by the larger ones doing time inside such as these gangs below:

What does ''bunta'' mean then? is that mexican slang or something? I just asssumed punta grande was a place name, it kinda sounds like one.

Marabunta is some kind of ant. I think it means "ant army". Google it. I can't thoroughly explain it.

I read it vato, calm down lol. None of them Hispanic gangs in GTA V are based on Latin Kings, that's nonsense, OP needs to check his facts. Latin Kings don't have no real presence out on the West Coast, they are more of an East Coast and Midwest thing.

damn that long ass post and none of yall saw it!

Damn right, Latin Kings ain't got no pull out here in the West.  No pass given.

If you're really that INTELLIGENT, why do various Sureño and Norteño gangs kill each other? They all wear blue and red(respectively)?

One despises the Other? Does it for the attention? Gets money and f*cks everything else.

You're dumb if you think "blue vs. blue" doesn't exist IRL.

DODI3OG, I would strongly argue that Families have NO connections with the color red. The Car Customs pic with the dude in red, states that he is from the Strawberry neighborhood of South LS which, as indicated in the TV show

Spoiler

EDIT - May have spoken too soon about this, watch . Franklin's house is located in Strawberry and you see a guy walk by in red. Not sure if that ped is gang affiliated or not though.

Where has the Aztecs and Mara Bunta been confirmed??? I keep asking yet no one is able to give me a source.

And Vagos are not Latin King but 18th street. The presence of Latin Kings in La is very low.

East Los FM preview.

Okay. I'll change that to "unkown" since we don't really know that much about the Vagos.

I did hear the East Los FM radio station, but they said nothing about either of those gangs. Unless they mentioned them in Spanish? Did they? Or are you talking about an actual article?

Grove St. is located in Davis.

Davis seems to resemble Watts.

In this case, Davis=Watts.

How about Strawberry?

Is it Compton?

Strawberry St.=Piru St.?

BTW, I like how R* is going to the realistic route this time.

You can now see Crip and Blood gang members together with TTPs and GSCs.

Edited the OP.

New map is being worked on.

It seems like these guys aren't the Aztecas at all, but the GTA version of Crips.

vRNY4bX.jpg

They're black after all, and the real Aztecas don't hang around LS, anymore.

Also, before anyone tells me that I'm a baloney kind of moron, I'M NOT.

I base my findings on FACTS and accumulated evidence.

It's been improved from IV's ped spawning system where you can see multiple skins per ped.

What I mean is that there are 4-5 peds per gang and they wear different clothes and have different faces.
