Ok, so I understand it's one of these "wait till you play it" kind of topics,

but...

I think they've gone a little "throw everything into" style.

I mean, tracking device in your car? Really? Kills the whole imagination of GTA that you can get away with messing around with others.

It's like they've created an online universe for people who can't take a joke. it just seems too serious of a concept they've come up with.

Locking your car doors? Taking a shower? Security cameras on your place of residence?

It just seems too much.

"OH GOD, THEY ADDED SMALL DETAILS THAT WILL REALLY HELP PLAYERS OUT IN A REALISTIC GANGSTER TYPE WORLD EXPERIENCE. HOW DAAAAARE THEY."

More games need to be like this.
It's not a bad thing.
Detail is a good thing.

The more MMO-RP style they make it, the better.

Go play GTA IV then and leave us alone on GTA V

This just shows how much of myopic you forumers are. Not vigilant to anything but

"OMG MINOR DETAILS"

That doesn't make the game better, if anything it will be taken advantage of.

I doubt any of you have even played GTA SA Online. It was an utter mess of people.

$1,000 to you if you don't get spammed kicked for killing one person.

I bet you.

In my opinion it is a lot, but that's what makes it better. I'm guessing there will be customization for game modes like "no locks" or whatever. You're not forced to use any of these perks and can stick to competitive or co-operative game modes (meaning "stay out of free roam"). I understand what you're saying but you're in the minority when you say it's overwhelming.

You can't compare this to SA multiplayer though, come on.

i know your not comparin a fan made mod to the actual game GTAO by rockstar.

they obviously studied san andreas online and tweaked it. those intentions were clear when they said you would purchase real estate and put money in ATMs.

Is that 1,000 dollar bet serious in game? PSN? Because I'll gladly take it, and laugh at you from your overeaction lost bet.

Minor details are fine, in subjects such as GTA V. They help bring more into the game. You're entilted to whatever you want to believe, and I respect your opinion... but I also find it very stupid that you're complaining about some great details.

To explain some more, the showers? You get dirty in this game. You don't want to run around like a slob, do you? You wash yourself off. You move on.

Tracking device? Why the hell not? If someone steals your car, you know where to find it. That's a good thing.

You shouldn't have to get away with messing with others. You still can. But if you're messing with a person who's very prepared, you're in for some bad luck.

So if you spent thousands of $ on something and then someone stole it and you could not get it back, how happy would you be? you just sound like a spoilt child just saying

I have spent over 2000 hours on SAMP, so yes, more details = better game.

Still waiting to hear back on that "1000 bet" she was talking about.

Can someone please keep reminding her with this topic? I want 1,000 dollars right when I kick off Online mode.
