Its good. Gives me time to enjoy the singleplayer, without other people being a much higher level when i finally get into multiplayer. That way, we'll all be on the same level, at the same time.

I'm fine with GTA Online coming a bit later. It'll give people time to appreciate the work they put into the story and single player.

I don't really mind. I wish it was only a week later instead of two, but it's no big deal. I'll just be happy to have the game in my hands.

I'm happy because I have 2 weeks to enjoy single player and get used to the game

I'm very happy for it. The reason being, if they released it at the same time, some people would never player single player mode and miss out on all the fun. Plus it gets me adjusted to driving, shooting, flying and the map itself

I love it, so those 13 year olds have to play game like GTA is ment to be played.
They cant just hop onto multiplayer to "shoot Noobs" and swear at people

For the first time ever i will probably complete the story, usually i do a few missions and jump straight into free roam so this is a good change for me.

I'm quite happy about it being released slightly later, gives me the chance to experience the single player in all it's glory.

I'm ok with this, I really want time in the single player. I think if online was available off the bat, I would spend too much time in that, and get the game spoiled by someone who is able to play much more than me. Not to mention, it gives more time for them to add things to the final build of GTA:O.

I just bought a PS3 slim with 12 gb memory.
I read that GTA V requires an install of 8 gb, but does anyone know what GTA Online will require of space?

The back of the box, that looked real to a lot of people says 12GB required for HDD space.

Doesn't really bother me, more time to finish the singleplayer, and learn the map.

I don't mind. At least it gives people a chance to fully experience the story before moving on to the multiplayer.

I'm for one glad it's being released later. Gives time for people to play and enjoy the well written story Rockstar is presenting us.

I think it's good.
Considering they are currently having problems with Final Fantasy online mode atm.

I think its a great idea. That way the people who want to get the single player experience first can do that & then start multiplayer & not be really far behind the people who would have started multiplayer right off the bat.

I've been hearing of a lot of people disappointed because of the delay.

It's fine by me. There are too many people that jump right in to the multiplayer and have no clue how to play. (Note I know this is not true for all that play like this.)
By the time 1st October comes around I will have a good idea of where certain useful vehicles spawn and will have reasonable knowledge of the map.

Its lame... let us play already I don't care what the tactic is.

how does that fix anything?? people who get the game after October 1st will be able to skip the single player and jump right in being clueless... this 2 week delay is just a tactic to build suspense or prevent returns or something, its not to help the game be a better experience

its perfect, we can enjoy the the single player and complete it, then venture to Online and very rarely look back
