alright hello everyone. i am curious to know what is the bloodiest action movie you have seen. it can be from any year but it cannot be a horror. strictly action and do you prefer action movies to have a lot of blood or a little blood.

Honestly, Kick Ass 2. As for horror well that would have to be the new Evil Dead.

Punisher:Warzone. It was Manhunt level of brutality.

Oh yeah, totally forgot about it. The scene where he fixes up his nose with a pen is cringe worthy.

SAW is more of psychological thriller.

All of them.

Ichi the Killer was pretty bloody, but Dead Alive is apparently regarded as one of the bloodiest movies of all time.

Any movie of Tarantino. Even Saving Private Ryan had a lot of blood and ripped intestines out. Can't say I'm fan of the movies with excess of gore, though.

I watched Machete a couple nights ago and that scene was freaking awesome! The gore in it was insane.

Might check out the Kill Bill series, that fight scene posted by Indi is brutal.

Reservoir Dogs.

Things like SAW were just sick, they had a lot of blood but we're mainly about being as sick as possible.

Blood doesn't usually bother me, but in Reservoir Dogs, the part were the undercover cop is in the back of the car being driven to the warehouse, bloody as f*ck, screaming in pain and sh*t, that bothered me.

What about the cop getting his ear cut off while "Stuck in the Middle with You" plays lol

Punisher:Warzone. It was Manhunt level of brutality.

Or the scene where the dude gets a chair leg jammed into his eye. Beeuugh.

I'd have to saw Punisher: War Zone, the Kill Bills, Django Unchained, or Battle Royale.

Bloody brilliant.

Very violent, yes, but almost intentionally unrealistic, diminishing the brutality somewhat. Kill Bill 2 strikes me as more visceral, as it's more realistic.

Django Unchained is very violent if my memory serves. Great film too.

EDIT: Moon shares my sentiments it seems :) . Also, Reservoir Dogs is a favourite film of mine, and it as admittedly violent, but not what I'd call an action film (in that it's more about plot). Feel a sudden urge to listen to this song now:
