So I tried to boot up my pc and it's said

Windows could not start because the following
File is missing or corrupt:
\windows\system32\config\system

You cam attempt to repair this file by starting
Windows setup using the original setup CD-ROM
Select r at the first strewn to start repair

It is window xp and I have never touched those
Files but I have a mini laptop that does not have
A cd rom drive, I have tried to press r but all it
Does is reboot and I have tried to turn it off and
On but nothing seems to be working
Does anyone know how to fix this

If yours is OEM then download a copy of OEM for system repair from microsoft

Word of warning though, I have yet to get an OEM version to fix a problem with PC and in the end had to get disc to fix problem.
You mention that you do not have disc drive. You will probably have to download OEM to USB on another PC if you can't get this one going
I presume your mini laptop has USB slots
