The first step is to admit it...

I should hopefully recover in a couple weeks.

I'm overhyped right now and stalking GTAF for hours just to cut time to the release.

No, and you're one of the arseholes who just take any information that's out there and spreads the fake rumours because you're desperate to believe any tiny piece of new 'information'.

All I do is watch GTA V O'clock, that's my fix done.

I was like that about a month ago. I feel like i should be even more hyped as we are 17 days from release but my hype has actually decreased. I found that buying max payne 3 and beginning to work 50 hrs a week has taken up most of my time and I've forgotten about the game a lot. I suggest doing the same, and before you know it gta will be here. Of course if you don't need the money you could just quit the job when the game comes out. Unfortunately I'll have to wait for the weekends to really play the game. I might even wait until the weekend to really get into the story just for this reason. I think I'll just play until I unlock the 3 protagonists and just f*ck around until I actually have a good amount of time to really get into the story. Being a grown up sucks.

Yup, watch every single GTA V Oclock episode religously every Wed. I watch all the trailers every night before bed and browse the forums everyday. I have no idea what Im going to do with my life once GTA V hits other than playing of course...

Look folks I have been lurking for LONG time here and i have loved every tidbit of info i get. Its been a great carrot on a stick for a sh*t of a time i have in RL so.... as for the job quitting HAH never Its a sad reality the when i do get the game in hand my time with it will be short at best.. the hype is keeping me interested the chatter over what could be in the game. In reality i wont have the time to devote to playing it as most will

Since I was up late reading the forums last night I had a dream that was V related.
Me, my brother and Trevor robbed a bank in NYC. We stole $2.4 Billion lol.gif We then escaped in an
armored Humvee that was conveniently parked close by. Then we ditched it but the next day the cops
found us and the rest is dream history...

Let me tell ya, having $2.4 Billion dollars for 5 minutes was a glorious feeling. ph34r.gif

I haven't seen all of the screen shots, I know I've only watched the vids once or twice. Been checking daily for info since Aug. The most annoying thing for me is watching that count down clock at the top...it's so close, but a lot can happen in two weeks.
Hope my family and I have good health for the rest of the year.

Most pre-release info are always leaks while official news are easy and readily sent to fans by developers.
I did not get the point OP but if you mean addicted to the excitement & hype b4 release then am not at all addicted.
R* is the no.1 developer for me and the only one with less or no crap news or updates on their newswire. It's very professional when it comes to sharing news about gta. They never falsify or over exaggerate and always try to be as straight as possible to the fans about development process.
Any ways my addiction is with girls only. wink.gif

indeed good health to your family and you.. i have alot of crap im scheduled to do from now until release but man the ride for me has been the fun things possible in what free time i can get to play this game. Hype or not for a DEV to postpone a game to "bring it up to standards" means R* knows how important this game will be for fans.....I hope

Because of GTA V, i'm starting to hate weekends. There's (almost, i often go to the pool) nothing to do and time seems to go by slower on those days...
On top of that, i do tele-work, meaning i'm almost all day at home. confused.gif

Rumors and speculation are half the fun of waiting! Then after the release and a few months have passed, we start getting weird stories. Like all the ghost sightings in RDR.

Also, same for you and for fam. :-)
