[WIP]Killing Roof

Hello.
My name is Michael Wojtanis. I started the mod Killing Roof [more information on "http://www.wojtanis.com"].
I just got idea how to do that, i know i can do that but i got one big problem.
Models.
I do not have a 3D Max and conveter. I can learn modeling, but i think the better way will be to ask for help here.
Somebody know much about modeling? Know how make good UV map? I do not want a texture. Just good UV map and model, i could self make a texture with normal map and speciular map [normal texture, normal map texture, speciular texture].

Firstly, you need to know modelling techniques at least. It isn't as simple as you may expect. Then, when it comes to posting topic, it's better for you to have something already done.

When i was 14 years old i remeber all of modeling instructions.
Size, bones, make vertex attached to bones, UV map etc.
Now i got 20 years old. I know how to modeling, i know how to do that, but... i do not have 3D Max. The GTA IV modeling just need 3D max and converting script.
I could do that in Blender, but i heard there aren't any script to convert models into GTA models.

Now i have clot what is same clot in KF. He come to You and hold You.
In future it could be nice to have a Husk model to give real husk flamerhtower and other zombies weapons [bloat - vomit, patriacha - minigun...]

If you don't want to use THE Internet browser in order to find non-PIRATE program in the BAY of answers and advices, use G-Max. It's cutted version of 3ds Max.

Just need someone who have 3D Max and convert to into GTA IV. No need modeling.
Someone can help?
