The day my eyes met the astral
Whirled in this virginic tone and whistled in my ears
No longer earthbound
The dashing beings removed my fear
As I rode the horses of boom and power

This, to be only something you would dream of
And to something you'd wonder
But in the reality itself
It's something else which can not express in words
But gloom down from the end of your bed
As it glides along the Summerland skies
As the land below blossoms in golden oak
Silver rivers and cities of the holly land

I soon land on the doorstep of his noble
And bow to he who is faceless
As the face with no expression can't express it self
So it lays bear to the fact
And so will the Summerland

I just read this and got a very ethereal vibe from it. Perhaps some form of astral projection in the basis, but I could be wrong.

This paints a very vivid image of astral travel, moving, seeing higher planes, and landing. As we all know we float. It's a very esoteric kind of piece, because not many people would understand perhaps the premise or the theme. But I did, and it's a nice piece. I see a familiar undertone of lack of expression, there is no expression of the noble or Summerland.

Either way, I liked it. Poetry's subjective, and there's never really any good or bad -in my opinion anyway.

You hit the nail on the head, Ziggy. icon14.gif

I've always had an intention on composing a poem as such, but never had the strength to write it as it's a strong topic.
