This is a tale of a spider and a man.

For the second time I have sit upon the toilet and a lonely spider crept out of my shower.
It climbs up on the lip of the shower and just stares at me.
Our first encounter we made eye contact and he scurried into the water heater closet.
This time it was different...

I looked over and it had a little tangled web behind him, with a fly in it, as if he were showing an offering to me.
We stared at each other for about five minutes this time.
I could only imagine what was going through this little spider's mind...
I would like to imagine it went like this....

Why does this titan sit upon his porcelain throne every other day...
Why does he not destroy me?
Why does he stare at me?
Is he a god?
Is he my god?
He built this underground home for me and my family to live in, he must be our god!
I will make an offering to him, I hope this mere creature they call a "fly" will do.
I hope he spares my family and I.

Now back to my thoughts...

This little Spider better not try any funny business!
I will end his life and his entire bloodline!

We continued staring... I nodded at the Spider. It dropped its web with the fly captured in it.

It just looked at me, put its two front legs up, then brought them back down.
Walked in front of me and under the door into the water heater closet...

I AM A SPIDER GOD!

I have given this spider a name...
Richmond.

Well... that was interestingly creative. Quite strange, not sure if you was going for narrative or poem. Might need a bit more work. Seems pretty good though.

True story, by the way. I just made it more dramatic.
