Earlier this year my hype for GTA:V got the better of me and I loaded up San Andreas to do this:

Well, with this video in mind, somebody should do something similar but in GTA:V. Is anybody up for this in GTA:V, I think it would take longer, do you agree with me on that?
And also, who would actually do it in V? I'm curious.
This originally took half an hour, but at least the snazzy graphics will give you something to admire when doing it in V.

It took half an hour. Are you telling me that you don't play games for more than half an hour?

Running a section of the V map in marathon/triathlon style? Yeah I'd
probably give it a shot.

Though anything more than that idk. (Such as a scenic walk around the map like
I did in GTA IV) notify.gif

I remember at the time I thought SA was so huge, and that it would take hours to run from one end to the other. Ha ! Youth.

Yeah I don't think it only took you 30 minutes considering it takes 15 to ride a horse STRAIGHT across Red Dead Redemption and it's significantly smaller.

I promise you it did! See the exact timing at the start of the video.

Haha, cool stuff. I think you'll definitely get bloodclots or hospitalized for cramps though if you attempt this around Los Santos in V with the GTA controls what they are today.

Cute video. colgate.gif I love the spots where you stopped to take a picture.

I'm gonna get on my horse in GTAV and put a rubber band on the left stick of the controller to keep him moving forward at a leisurely walking pace, and just kind of steer him from one end of the map to the other while I'm doing other stuff on the computer. smile.gif I wonder if horses will need to be fed?

I have runned around san andreas too, well as I remember it, I think it took about one day (gta san andreas time), that's about 30 minutes.

I placed a marker by that bridge and got the fastest speed boat and went around the entire map keeping the shore line on the side of the screen the whole way. It took a little over 9 mins. to do it. So imagine in gta5 it'd probably take at least 30 mins or more with the fastest boat. I will however in 5 attempt to walk/run around the entire map and see how long it takes.
