just asking for your suggestions on what motherboard i should buy, i have

i7-2600k 3.4 Mhz i think its 2nd Generation

HD 7750 1GB PCI-E 3.0

6GB Geil Corsair Memory

and my old cheap EMX-IH61LE-iCafe Motherboard

so problem with my old Motherboard is its PCI-E 2.0 only, no crossfire, and obviously not really good

(sorry my english is bad)

that's the only problem? you won't see a benefit with that setup (hd 7750) going to 3.0 imo. now you might see benefit from getting away from raggedy ecs and their quality control issues - but your chip is not k and aint gone overclock (iirc). if i have a system that works i won't upgrade just because of the motherboard anymore - quality at these companies has gone downhill

what do you mean k? you mean i7-2600k? cause thats my current processor

my 2nd option was just sell it and built a new one

current budget $700

Maybe This?

Intel Core i7-4770S

GeForce GTX 770 or Radeon HD 7970

It depends what you can afford and if you intend to overclock. Just to go to PCI-E 3.0 is doubtfully worth it.

That sounds exotic! The MSI Z77A-G43 would suffice to upgrade a bit. A better graphics card would make a lot more difference.

The GTX 670 would be excellent, particularly for this game, as it seems to like nvidia. You could cut costs with a 660 Ti or 760 and this would be good enough for HD play. Make sure your psu is up to the job, as the new graphics card will need more power, a decent 550watt plus one, ideally.

The GTX 660 Ti is an uprated/overclocked version of the 660. Nvidia have dropped the Ti designation for the 700 series, so there is no 760 Ti at present.

Yeah, each model of gpu, say a GTX760, are available from various manufacturers. Personally, I prefer the ones from Asus and Gigabyte with the 2 or 3 fans mounted on them. They have superior cooling, so long as your case has decent airflow. The enclosed design ones exit the hot air through the back, so would suit a more congested case.

Something like a Coolermaster Haf 912+ would suit your needs. It has good cable management and a 180mm fan bottom front you can add another top back. There are others, but basically, you need a good throughput of air.
