The Department is a clan that is focused about having a good time in what we enjoy doing. In the past, The Department has only been about roleplaying, and mostly about law enforcement. While we still love to roleplay, we have broaden our horizons and opened to more ideas. In this way, we consider ourselves a community, because we're just friends who like to play Grand Theft Auto.
How did we form? Well. In the beginning we were just roleplay, until I (Will Troll) met some people through a role playing game. They were the leaders of [TSA] The Soviet Army. After The Department fell due to inactivity, I left and joined [TSA]. [TSA] was different, as it was a competitive crew about being better than others and winning engagements, which was a good fit for me because I was also good at the game, but spent most of my time roleplaying. Eventually [TSA] fell and the members scattered, some went to PS3. So what happens when The Department's activity at an all time low, and [TSA] is disbanded, but each group enjoys what the other does? You create this group that roleplays and kicks ass at the same time. We spend time to ensure everyone's goals are gained and leaving a message to the pathetic excuses for competitive players Grand Theft Auto has drawn in.
