gta sa crashes when approaching to object

I have arround 300 obejcts in my total conversion for GTA SA. All objects are imported in the game using the same procedure. Model the object, export the dff, create the col file... txd... img tool, MEd..., you know. Now I have an another editable poly, I apply Bend to it and using the same procedure, I import the object into the game. The game works, but when I am approaching to the object with the problem, the game crashes. I tried to collapse the Bend modifier, but it does not work. What can I do? Please help me!

I'm not sure I really understood you, but try exporting the object as an Editable Mesh.

Otherwise, that sounds like a COL bug, check how many vertex your object has, if you didn't already.
