This is on my 'must try' list ..
 
Haven't really played much of SA, and probably won't until HRT and/or SA::Render is released..
 
Keep working on it mate, progress is good !

sorry, was focusing on the TCLA voice conversion that replaces CJs voice with Nick Kangs... but I will be back to working on this more often :p

all I gotta do is find some decent spawn points for the san vice version. and for the TTDISA version...

dunno what weapons are in gta v as i dont have the game... and the gtaiv hud isnt compatable with wla so it would be impossible for it to work (as the theory goes)

:) if you can design hud icons, there are a number of em I would like...
but the GTA 3 Uzi is included and has a hud

hmm, i could usee maybe a mauser 96 (red 9 from RE4) and a G36c aswell... atm im not on my computer so i cant figure out all of what i need, but when i get back to it i will tell ya

Okay... The weapon names are in gta v wiki (easy way - search on google). There are a lot of pages with them. Some of them has photos too :D. BTW this mod is great.

like i said, the GTA IV hud mod does *not* work with this... so I cannot do the GTA V weps until the IV mod is updated to support it

Can you create a map of all the spawn points for the guns?

 

Something similar to this :

Now the bugs:
People when angered act like they would have a pistol and want to kill you.

When you start the game without guns, then the hud icon of the fist will disappear and when you pick up a gun it won't appear. You can't even move the mouse circle ._.

The melee weapons also disappear but may reappear although it's rare.

The firing rate of the XM8, Aug, M16 and AR-15 is VERY slow, not normal for a carbine.

You can change the weapons although you can only circle them in one way, you can't choose the guns in the other one as the game will get stuck between the pistol and SMG slots. So that's all for now.

Now the bugs:

I also want to report about a crash,I have a savegame in Angel Pine,whenever I make my way towards LS,the game crashes.

By the way,any of the bugs are fix'able?

yea I think its one of the guns thats causing it (I forgot what gun I put in the trailer park but I think thats it)

 

Hold on I am doin an update that hopefully stabilizes it...

Ok So I tried doing something a little different... Instead of using IDs from 18000 and up, I am using Unused IDs (like 340) in order to keep stability within the game (less crashes), along with making a seperate IMG file (Also decreases chance of crash)... 

 

The downside to this is that I can only add an finite number of weapons, but there is an upside aswell... if I can get someone to help me with working on a seperate gunshop (kinda like the Tooled up mod for GTA SA) I could have a place where players could go and buy these guns :p

 

anyway the list of weapons are

 

  • Hockey Stick
  • Skateboard
  • Glock 17
  • Sawed Off Pump Shotgun
  • Micro SMG
  • Uzi Carbine

 

I will be adding newer weapons every now and then to keep interest up :p and since I will be testing them on multiple different San Andreas installs, I can guarentee there will be almost 0 bugs...

 

you can expect these to be included within the next update

  1. Colt Python
  2. M16A1
  3. GTA III Shotgun (Spawns in Police Station)
  4. M60 (will only spawn in Deserted Air Strip)

I can, but its kinda complicated trying to keep everything bug free... the more weapons, the more likely it will get bugged... plus I have limited IDs

I installed the mod and there were no problems at all so far,but can you tell me where do the weapons spawn?
