I have bought the game and everything so no pirate version. But when i click new game or load game the game instantly crashes. it doesnt start lodaing or anything. To fix this i have to remove GTA San Andreas User Files then i can make a new game but if i restart san andreas GTA san andreas user files has been remade so i have to remove it when i want to play which makes it so i can save a game and then play it again.
( a thing ive noticed) when the game works i can click with the mouse on the buttons like i can click on start and load and new game.
But when the game doesnt work (when i have user files on the computer) i have to click "Enter" Key.
i would really want some help.

You don't need to delete the whole San Andrea User Files, only the gta_sa.set file located in it. Also, for your mouse problem, download the dinput8.dll file and place it in your San Andreas Directory. Besides, you problem sounds way too strange. Where do you have the game from? Are you using any mods or cracks? Do you play with the original DVD in your Drive?

Have you tried re-installing the game?

Did you install with Admin Privileges?
Have you tried using an XP Mode (or Win98 Mode)?
Does you machine have the guts to play the game:
Minimum System Requirements
• 1GHz Intel Pentium III or AMD Athlon Processor
• 256MB of RAM
• 8x DVD-ROM Drive
• 3.6 GB of free Hard Disk space for a minimal install
• 64MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce3" or better)
• DirectX 9 compatible Stereo Sound Card
• Keyboard & Mouse

Recommended System Requirements:
Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP processor (or better)
 384(+) MB of RAM
 16x DVD-ROM drive
 4.7 GB of free Hard Disk space for a full install
 128(+) MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce4" or better)
 DirectX 9 compatible Surround Sound Card
 Game pad** with twin axis analog controls (USB or Joystick Port)
 Keyboard & Mouse
** I suggest 12 buttons minimum. I use the Logitech Dual Action ™, as it works straight from the box without any special drivers. Seitek also nice. Attempting to use console controllers may take hours to find the right driver(s) and then still not work.

I have all the requirements. and the problem is not that its that i cant play the game if the folder "gta user files" exists.
