So how patient are you? Can you be bothered stopping, waiting for the car in front to slowly pull away, then pull up to the booth and throw your money in, wait for the barrier to come up and then accelerate away?

Or do you just blast through?

One thing I like about bikes is you can ride through the middle of the booths and not get a one-star.

Sometimes I pay. If I'm in mood I troll the guys of the toll, crossing the barrier at the same time than the car in front of me and doing some kind of wierd sh*t. Sometimes work though sly.gif

i pay sometimes, for example for missions or if the "line" for the toll is small. I found that if you go to the toll with a bike you can fit through the sides so you don't need to pay and you won't get a wanted level, you won't get one if you have an emergency vehicle either.

i usually do - i blast up to it and overtake the queue, ducking in behind that lagging first car. Once he's gone, I pay and go through.

Sometimes I bail out, and let my car go through, then run and re-enter it.

In TLAD, i usually use the gap or just blast through. Who gives a sh*t. haha

Very rarely, if ever. I usually go belting through the barrier.

When I 1st played GTA IV I used to pay all the time but now I never do. There is also a glitch where Niko can extend his arm to pay and if you accelerate just as he puts his arm out then you don't lose the $5

^ It's not paying that bugs me, it's waiting that 1 second for the car in front of you to pull away so you can pay then go.

I like how when you're heading away from Broker, if you take the right toll booth about 50% of the time you can punch thru without it triggering one-star.

Yeah I notice that too. If you go right on the outside edge of the lane then no star triggers.

Sometimes. When I'm obeying the laws, I do. When I'm not, f*ck the toll booths. I blast through at full speed.

The only time you REALLY need to stop at tolls is when you drive the truck full of explosives to South Bohan. But apart from that I always avoid paying.

Yeah I stop. But I'm usually low on change so I just toss in a grenade.

I always pay the tolls....... Because I don't wanna police to chase after me, it annoys me.
The only time I don't pay for it is when I'm driving too fast and I can't stop when I get to the tolls....
And yeah I'm too lazy to use the cheats to disable the cops...Plus it's only 5 dollars.

It's very very easy to get away from a one star most of the time, but especially at the tolls. That said, it depends on the mood I'm in, or any number of factors, such as whether I'm enjoying the radio or the in game weather, or can be arsed to wait for the rest of the traffic.

I do pay them most of the time. However, I'm too lazy to wait in the line so I just push through everyone with even bothering to wait. Sometimes I come at the toll way too fast and when I try to stop, it's too late and I accidentally break the barrier so I get a one-star wanted level.

You still have to pay to get across Dukes Bay Bridge on a motorbike.

I only don't pay them when I'm going fast or running from the cops ('cause you can't pay then). Usually cops are easy enough to evade when you're going really fast on the bridge, unless you get unlucky and there's one at the end, but then you can slow down just enough to avoid it.

I pay rarely. If you drive through some of them fast enough you don't get any stars

Hah, I almost always pay, unless I'm on a motorbike. I just don't want any cops chasing me, even if it is easy to avoid the one star.
