Am currently deciding on which XBox display setup is best. I currently have 2 choices:

1) A large 36inch SD tube screen viewed from a distance
2) A small 27inch 1080HD screen viewed from up close

The small HD screen makes logical sense but the larger SD screen is tempting. Any thoughts?

Go for the HDTV. The clarity it offers over the blurry tube would make me pick it any day.

Yeah and get a decent one, don't buy the cheapest one out there, do some research, find one that has good blacks and accurate colour reproduction.

That said, the Tube TV would actually be better for gaming if you're playing online because it has pretty much no input lag.

some xbox games won't display properly in standard definition, like dead rising or gta iv. plus you might get to take the small tv with you to college eventually. good luck and happy gaming
