In San Andreas we could go into debt in the casino's and then be chased by debt collectors. I found it fun. But it hasn't happened since so should it return.

It would be fun to see the debt collectors try to eliminate Trevor tounge.gif

The debt feature should return, it would make GTA V even more fun.

Yeah it'd be fun to evade debt collectors, or kill 'em in most cases.

I feel like Rockstar is going to include a lot of different ways to get money so that way it "eliminates" debt. But with stocks and such, I don't know how to take anything.

But having this would add to realism in a way.

I wonder if they'll go as far as having Ponzi schemes when you're investing and then losing everything.

I found that naff tbh. What casino would let you gamble with money you don't have!

Saints Row 2 did it, and yeah, being able to borrow money to plan the next heist would be cool. Question: If you don't pay back, would it be an endless repetitive hunt for you, or would it expire. And also, would they just appear, like every other game in the world, where people knew where you were through psychic ability? If we're laying low, blending with the crowd, would debt collectors find us?

Or what if the collectors made you do a few jobs for them to repay your debt?

Saints Row 1 had loan sharks where you could go in and borrow money. Hopefully V has the same. Borrow a lot of money for heavy weaponry for a big heist, then after the heist pay it all back no problem.

I'm not sure if all casinos do it, but the Wynn in Las Vegas has a lending service for high rollers.

I like the idea of them beating us up but not killing us.
