Downloaded GTA 4 from steam. Loaded the game up but none of the graphics appeared. Got told I needed a new graphics card for my HP pavilion p6-2010uk but don't know which one to get. Can anyone help me out?

If you are inside a budget go for AMD/ATI Radeon HD 7750 1GB DDR5 or you can go for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780

The Radeon 7750 looks more in my price range, but what's the difference between the two?

Well, GeForce GTX 780 can support a lot of games in ultra settings and Radeon 7750 can also support almost every game in ultra settings, but Radeon 7750 is a great graphic card(in that price range). You can find the difference between the two here

Keep in mind, GTX 780 is a high end graphics card

Ahh right. Will the Radeon be able to support GTA 5?

The MSI Gaming Series GTX 770 is quite the card. I have one installed, MAXXED out ALL settings in the game and receive no performance issues, even at night with the shadows in very-high mode.
You will also most likely need an SSD hard drive - the game has a bad habit of waiting for a sound to load before rendering a specific frame and if it is waiting for HD access that is a stutter in the video.

I'm not sure about this but I think it can run GTA V in low-med settings.
