*What computer Spec do you need in order to run a maximum settings in gta iv?* The title was too long so I'll just post the title again.

Ok so in GTA IV, there is a graphics settings, and well I tried to set everything to the highest, and then I tried playing it with the maximum setting and of course it is as lagggy as you can imagine. Lol. So I'm wondering what are the computer specs(graphic card, processor etc. ) do you need in order to run the maximum settings smoothly? Because I know almost nothing in graphic cards and a good gaming computer specs so..... Also I do not care about the price, so tell me what you really think. Thank you very much.

And I can run gta iv on my pc no problem. Just not the maximum setting. So here I'm talking about the specs that can run the MAXIMUM settings smoothly. Not just to be able to run it. But can handle the MAXIMUM settings. Just thought I'd make it more clear. Thank you very much.

but you didn't make it more clear, you left out the most important part, which is the resolution of your monitor
