No there isnt anything about objects!!!!!

Private myObject As GTA.Object // Create a value in RAM to use for Script
myObject = GTA.World.CreateObject(new Model(#1234567), Player.Character.GetOffsetPosition(new Vector3(0,5F,0))) // create object in world, 5 meters on front, model - this is mean Hash code of object, google it and at the end - save created object on "myObject"
myObject.Rotation = new Vector3(0,1.75555F,0) // rotation, do not remeber what is roll etc
myObject.Position = new Vector3(0, 0, 0) // position on map! CENTER! Not on player
myObject.NoLongerNeeded() // I found the Game just keep information about object also if this not exist. This allow to drop some RAM from game. Tested and this give some improve for big object scripts Object will exist but game can destroy it if You will be too far
myObject.Delete() // Delete object from game and RAM. Will not exist.
