Which version of the game did you like best? GTA IV, TLAD, or TBOGT?

While my favorite in terms of fun was TBoGT, TLAD had the best storyline by far imo. IV was pretty good too, but a little boring in some parts.

GTA IV. Sure it drags on a bit (there are 94 missions after all), but Niko's goals are believable and I completely sympathise with him.

TLAD is next. The Lost imploding from within is very compelling. I just wish it was a tad longer.

TBOGT is some of the most laughable (and not in a good way) bullsh*t I've ever seen. The only character I like is Tony. Everyone else pisses me off especially Bulgarin.

Some of the missions are fun, but the narrative is way behind GTA IV and TLAD IMO.

^Couldn't have said it any better. Only thing I disagree is the characters. I mean, come on, Yusuf Amir was one crazy motherf*cker, certainly one of the funniest characters in GTA history biggrin.gif

Maybe it's my sense of humour, but I've never found Yusuf that funny. I'm more for dry and subtle humour like Niko's interaction with Vlad.

Yosuf Amir was lame. icon13.gif

Its a tie between IV and TLAD. both delivered good stories.

Some of Niko's best lines came from those interactions:

Yes. And for an annoying dick, you're really an annoying dick.

Personally, I think that TLAD has the best storyline. I love the biker theme. The story is really fun, and touching.

GTA IV was the best, just a bit boring in some parts. TBOGT was pretty good, I liked the nightclub atmosphere and it also had the best soundtracks, K109 especially!
Some of the TBOGT missions just were ridicilous and Yosuf Amir was freaking annoying. I didn't like TLAD very much, the biker theme just didn't do it for me.
So it's: GTA IV, TBOGT, TLAD.

I have to agree with Miamivice here.

TBOGT story was very weak, but IV and TLAD story was amazing. But as Miamivice stated TLAD could be longer.

I kinda liked Luis, but sometimes he was just a douché, I liked Tony though and I found Yusuf very annoying.

But out of the three stories, I have to say that TBOGT was the funniest one to play because it had some nice features and cool mission, but it was indeed the weakest one.
