Been following this thread for awhile and some interesting stuff in here. I still have most of the cars I've ever had.

1) Mercedes S600 W140

2) Infiniti Q45 Y33

3) BMW 740Li F02

4) Bentley Continental Flying Spur

5) Hummer H2

6) Audi A8L W12

7) Porsche 911 997.2

Also several Previas here and there, a RAV4, a Pajero, Lincoln Town Car Limo, and some other crap. Seems like I'm forgetting something but I'll edit if I remember.

My first car: 1998 Eagle Talon. Non turbo 420A. 5 speed. Ebay coil overs, ebay cat back, ebay long ram (Whale penis) cold air intake, ebay everything. It was a fun beater.

207469_1023493465582_4053_n.jpg

Second car: 2000 Lincoln Town Car. Bought this stock from a dealership, was a 1 owner old man car. 14" 100 spoke wire wheels. Pinstripes, went through 2 different systems on it: 2 12" Alpine Type R's on a 1000 watt Alpine amp and then had 2 15" MTX 8500's with some crappy Audiobahn amp that never powered them correctly lol.

Third Car: 1997 Lincoln Town Car. 14" wire wheels. 2 pumps 8 batteries 6 switches (Front, Back, Individual corners) Had this one for under a year. Lost my job and was too scared to keep it and not be able to maintain it. Didn't want it to go to sh*t, but I shouldn't have let it go. It was problem free, EXTREMELY reliable. Bought it from a buddy in Florida (Had it shipped to my place in Iowa)

The day it got here on the truck covered in snow:

Fourth Car: After I stupidly sold the Lincoln, I needed something that would be great on gas to get myself back on my feet. Got this 1994 Integra with the newer front end swap. LS motor with a GSR tranny. It was decently quick for a sh*tty 4 banger, only had it a few months.

Fifth Car: Ended up trading the Integra for this civic. D series civic with really nothing done but lowering springs, GSR wheels, cat back and an intake. Not even kind of fast, slower than piss. But a fun daily driver. And it was much cleaner than the Integra.

Sixth Car: Finally back into a lowrider here. 1983 Delta 88. Got it from a friend who was retiring from the lowrider game (His wife has him on a leash) 3 pumps 8 batteries. 12" Alpine W3. 2005 Mercades Blue paint, gold lower A arms, chromed and extended upper a arms, etc etc. Lots done, got rid of it quick because the frame ended up being partially twisted due to too much 3 wheeling without getting the frame wrapped. (Used to be a very clean car when it was first built, but it was neglected)

Seventh and current car: 1990 Lincoln Town Car. No hydraulics, only 13's and a CD player. Traded the Delta for it. It currently needs an EGR valve which is a cheap fix, just haven't gotten around to it. Other than that it's a good daily project.

I drive a Civic currently. It's pretty reliable(no sh*t it's a Civic lol). But I really want to get a Buick or Olds once I save up enough money and things are more settled in my life.

That's nice. Still got it?

I love Oldsmobiles. For me, before I knew about car brands and such, the shape of the Delta 88 coupe was like the iconic american car. I remember watching on TV a car chase of one of these and it got etched in my memory :)

On topic, I ain't got a car yet. Once I get a job, I'm thinking about getting some Olds Cutlass Supreme, Coupe or Sedan, I haven't decided yet.

alloys, body kit, straight through stainless exhaust, So much fun to drift!

An E36 on 18s must have ridden like sh*t. My 328i Sport was stiff enough on Konis and 17" sunflowers. Didn't you have issues with rubbing on 18s, especially lowered?

Also, what kit did you have on it?

the only car Ive ever had that got over 20mpg was my 07 GT and it got 26 hwy, if you were easy, due to the vvt, and 331 rear gears, my truck and other mustang get 16 if im lucky.....my F150 gets about 14mpg at 90mph constant from central FL to the last gas station on the mainland before you enter the keys.....like 4-1/2 - 5 hours

No pics for the moment, my old cell phone died 6 months ago and I lost everything that was on it.

1- 1984 Mercedes 300D turbo (Only had it for weeks since it was my dads car, he had it for work since he had to do about 300 km per day)

2- 2003 Ford Taurus SEL (Had it for 6 months)

3- 2001 Kia Rio (POS, but it was also the most cheap car to run I ever had. Had it for a month)

4- 1991 Jeep Yj renegade edition, 4 inchs lift, 33 inchs tires, msd ignition kit, etc. (loved it, but it was an epic gas-guzzler, sold it the same day I bought my next car)

5- 1994 BMW 318is (Reliable car, cheap on gas and so much fun during winter)

6- 1997 BMW 328i (Same as the 318is except less mpgs, and more powerrr! straight exhaust :D and cold air intake)

7- 2005 BMW 325i sport pkg (Big brake, lowered suspension, catalytic suppression, performance carbone fiber air box, front and rear strut bar)

8- 2005 Dodge caravan (POS, use it as winter beater, still own it)

9- 2001 BMW M5 (only mods are ceramic pagid brake pads. Those pads really increasing braking, the only concern is anoying my neighbours with the noise)

Right now I daily drive the M5 and when winter comes I store it and drive the sh!t out the caravan, I will upload pics of both of these cars, it's just that at the moment writing this I was too lazy :p

Which pads? RS-19s? I'm not surprised you're annoying your neighbours, they're most certainly not pads for road use. They're very loud, very dusty and will chew through a set of disks in about a thousand miles.

RS-14 if I remember, I've had them since May 2012 and 15 000 km later they are almost like new and the disc too, but once warmed up they are really noisy, I can't tell if they do make as much noise as the RS-19.

But for street use they are really doing a good job, my only concerns is the dust (I have the OEM M5 wheels painted in black and they get really dirty with the dust) and the noise during braking when the pads are hot.

I think Pagid have stopped producing RS-14s for the M5. They tend to only really be seen on lightweight track cars these days, or on the rear axle where there's less bias.

Dust is a big concern as it's also corrosive. I'm surprised at how well the disks have lasted- the Pagid track pads I had on my Corrado would eat a set of front disks in 5-7,000 miles driving.

I don't know if they stopped producing them by now, Maybe it's just that pagid usa does not import them here, like they do with the RS-29s. I got my pads from a friend that worked in a european car dealer, he had access to all parts produced for my car.

The dust is really bad, there is no way to get them their black finish, the only way would be to get them a new paint job.

As you see this is the cleanest I can get my wheels http://imageshack.us/i/go4ntej

Have you tried chemically stripping them and then powder coating them? The surface finish from powder coating is rather more resilient than the usual lacquer to corrosion from salt and brake dust.

Im sorry I only have really terrible photos,

Ive owned too many cars to list.. Not because im some rich doche, But because I used to buy cheap cars constantly, For experiments, and just to rally around like a moron, so honistly. I cant rember all of em, Soo. Ill show you currently.

87monte Pretty rough but sounds so awsome..

lx51.png

mono1.png

Someone did a terrible spray job on the bottom half of the car that I dident spot while buying and all the bodywork just fluffed up, Its now in the Paint VS primer stage, that little bubble from a pic a year ago spread to the size of a baseball, and I prettymuch grinded down every rusty patch and primed it.. Wich I belive looks better than having bubbley patches, Ahh.. never buy a car from the north.. Aparently this one lived up in Colorado for some time. How the helld it get here? oh well.. stuck with what I got.

Trying my best! im not massily mechanically minded but hey.. AH made the licence plate holder mah self!?

Let's be honest, the only bit of the engine in your Cordoba that's the same as the one in the A6 is the bare block. Everything was either uprated during the transition from VP to PD direct injection or the difference between longitudinal and transverse placement.

Let's be honest, the only bit of the engine in your Cordoba that's the same as the one in the A6 is the bare block. Everything was either uprated during the transition from VP to PD direct injection or the difference between longitudinal and transverse placement.

yeah i know, the audi had 110hp about 20 more then the cordoba

Then why did you claim they had the same engine when they clearly didn't?
