I recently tried to get SA. I'm not a fan of steam and i found a torrent for the game client :
I was able to mount the .iso image fine but when click the setup from the auto run I got a compatability error :

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher. "

The image was mounted using DAEMON Tools pro I have tried using power iso but same thing.
I have tried running in different windows compatability modes such as windows xp sp3, vista, 98.
I am running Windows 7 64bit - i have heard of a number of issues from both pirated/legit users using windows 7 64bit but some perspectives are conflicting where some have the issue others dont.

Basically when i click setup.exe i get this error so I cannot install. The installation package is made up of a series of .cab files.
I have heard some people suggest 'Windows XP Mode' is this worth a try?
