Which Grand Theft Auto is your favorite and why? My favorite is GTA 4 because of the city, story, things to do, and the missions. It's not perfect, no game is, but it's my fav, including the DLC. Yeah, it didn't live up to San Andreas with the customization, but I understand Rockstar was still new to the X360/PS3 thing.

Which GTA DLC is your favorite too? I like The Ballad of Gay Tony the best.

Also, are you preordering/getting Saints Row 4? I am because it looks so fun an it comes out before GTA 5, so that's cool

San Andreas. The huge open map, jets, bikes...... pretty much all the stuff from SA that wasn't in IV.

TBOGT is my favorite GTA game to play.
But IV had an amazing story, and San Andreas had awesome gameplay.

GTA San Andreas for sure. I still play that game and find things that impress me. And it is almost 10 years old. Hoping GTA V is the new replacement for my all-time favorite.

This is a hard decisions, but I'm gonna have to say GTA IV. Just to name a few reasons:

-Awesome storyline
-Amazing protagonist
-Great missions

I love everything about the game. Every GTA game is special in it's own way, though.

I go with San Andreas, as well. The sheer size of the map was like nothing we'd seen before it. The amount of weapons and vehicles was simply astounding. The character had depth. CJ wasn't just another mobster cliche. He wanted something more for himself. The amount of stuff to do like covering up tags, collecting oysters, and horse shoes, pimping missions, customize your character with tattoos, and clothes, build up muscle, or fatten him up, the usual paramdeic, fire fighting, vigilante missions, robberies, gang wars, street races, dancing, dating, jet packs, jets, and flying schoolm whew! If I forgot anything it's because my hands started to hurt. Shifty41s_beerhatsmilie2.gif

GTA III in my personal opinion, its the game I grew up with and a superb game for its time, it set the gaming industry in the right direction icon14.gif

GTA IV with episodes, the game was a HUGE improvement in the series in terms of physics, graphics, and story, and Liberty City IMO is the greatest city built in gaming to date.

I am also not pre-ordering Saints Row 4, GTA 5 does not deserve to be played on a system Saints Row 4 has been played on. But I might get it 2 months later out of the under 10$ section of Gamestop. devil.gif

San Andreas all day everyday. Took us into LA,LV & San Francisco.
Gave us a feeling of street gangs and the mixture of life.
showed the lives that many people live whether in LA or not because alot of ppl live in
those sorts of areas.

it had the best story to. GTA IV was nice in a way but now it looks like a big fail towards what the franchise was. Hopefully GTA V is the one to be the best.

GTA IV for having the most believable setting to date and most down to earth protagonist.

VC for caputuring the 80s so well, a killer sound track and a much better "rags to riches" feel than SA.

All opinion of course. smile.gif

GTA IV. Awesome and deep storyline, characters you can relate to (Niko in particular), one of the best soundtracks of the series, some truly intense cutscenes, an almost frighteningly detailed city, a huge step up in graphics and a huge variety of vehicles emulated superbly thanks to Euphoria.

GTA IV and Vice City.

Vice City was very nostalgic for me and as my first GTA game it was just awesome

GTA IV had a good map, great story and tons of stuff to do. Oh and LC is beautiful. inlove.gif

Grand Theft Auto IV because the storyline was the best out of the whole series, realistic physics to mess around with, and Niko is a badass biggrin.gif I've probably spent more than double the time on IV than on any other Grand Theft Auto game I've played
