PC player? me too about to had a HEART ATTACK when trying to blast targets on my laptop! 
piece of a cake on the PS2! 
anyway 6/10 just because it contains a police version
(for no reason I hate the GTA police BUT still love its cars and characters!)

I'm not into planes, so I can't talk much about it. Nice plane, I guess. Not fast, but very nice and stable. 8/10.
What about Willard? People seem to hate it, but I find it a very nice vehicle.

5/10 - In the game, I pretty much hate it but when I use the 'Design Your Own Mission' mod, I like flying the plane and it flies around Liberty City.

Right, everyone loves NRG. Quick bike, great for stunts and speeding (especially San Fierro), however, it's a bit too kitsch for my taste. Two colors, lots of stickers... also I don't like the rear side.

4/10, just one of those boring kinda sports cars they shoved in the game to try show off the modding. Not to sh*t on your car, at all. It's fast and fun to drive, but it's so similar to other sports cars.
