^ Yes. Johnny refers to cars as cages, because he doesn't like them.

Don't drive any cars.

Unless it's mandatory for a certain mission.

I know there's 3 missions that involve cars that I can recall:

*Angles In America, you have to drive a flatbed truck
*Romans Holiday, you have to drive a Presidente
*Off Route, you have to steal a prison bus

Also, one of Stubb's errands involves you stealing an infernus.

Funny how some missions require you to drive a car while in biker gang culture it is offensive to drive a car while wearing gang patches.

Not entirely true. Club's can't ride bikes forever. Cars have their uses. It's only on "runs", which means the whole club go for a little ride, they can use bikes. It isn't against any kind of rule to drive a car but it isn't common to drive one.

Stick to Johnny's Hexer as much as possible, and crash at the clubhouse every night. (Unless a mission takes place a certain hour.)

Don't use cars/taxis/the subway AT ALL (only when it's required). Stick to the Hexer as much as possible.
Hang out in the Clubhouse frequently and arm wrestle/play pool/Hi-Lo.
Do a lot of Gang Wars and Bike Races.

I can't think of anything else right now.
