Hey guys, am looking for some good horror based games, I've only played Alan Wake, I Am Alive, Resident Evil 1 & 3. So what are good horror based games available on the PC?

I mean, Resident Evil 4 and Slender: The Arrival are good.

I haven't played much horror games, but if you're into zombie survival then go for Left 4 Dead/Left 4 Dead 2.

Amnesia is officially the scariest.

Silent Hill series are good, and if you're looking for something a bit different try ObsCure or Sanitarium.

I can't recommend Sanitarium enough, one of the best games ever made and a really outstanding horror game where the scariness isn't in a random scare moment, but in the atmosphere and it has the "what the f*ck is going on"-factor, all the way to the end!

Older titles;
Harvester
Phantasmagoria
I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream

All Resident Evil's 4 and below.
Silent Hill 2.
Slender Man.

These are the best.

Also The Last of Us and I am Alive ain't horror games, they are more like post apocalypse games.

Are there any horror games that are for pc and can be pretty much 100% control customizable (no keys such as Enter reserved for specific action in game)?
