It's nice making a car and knowing that practically no one will have an identical one. Without decals, all the cars will be plain and boring.
I wouldn't think it's as deep as they say.
They're pretty much having things that go on all cars like hoods, exhaust tips, and spoilers, with probably one or two preset bodykits per car. That's very shallow, Saints Row already does that.
Who the f*ck cares about decals? It's just retarded symbols on the side of the car that make no difference. If you think the customization isn't deep, then boy you are one massive ignorant retard. Tuning is about ENGINE TUNING, Exhausts, Turbo, Spoilers and etc. ALTHOUGH, decal doesn't seem to be far off being in the game.
