I hope they make their own songs, which take the piss out of modern pop. That's the only way I'd want a pop station...

I hope it's current pop. There's nothing like listening to Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" while shoving bodies down toilets.

I just hope to god the radio selection this time around isn't TERRIBLE like GTA 4's was. That was the one thing about that game I was absolutely disappointed in. First off we had like 3 "black" stations 2 of them nearly identical the freaking reggae stations. Then we had a soul music station, terrible. Then a REALLY WEAK rock station. Vladivostok had like 2 good songs. Same goes for radio broker. Man the only decent station was WKTT the freaking talk show channel.

Please give us more varied stations this time around R*. None of this crap you gave us in GTA 4.

Too recent and that's just cruel, that shouldn't be played even for the dead.

I imagine the soundtrack was locked in months ago if not longer. Still hoping we get a custom radio station.

I enjoyed most of the music in Iv and saw no problem with them. Also, Radio Broker was simply amazing and by far the greatest video game radio station I have ever heard.

Does the background of that billboard remind anybody else of Qbert?

It better be 80s. If it's 90s or newer then it's just a waste of disc space to me.

I'm right behind you on that one buddy

Although I like a lot of pop from the 90s and early 00s

Pulp, train, blur, even the cheesier side.

It's all about the 80s though but how the hell will they beat VC? Lol

I hope that's a sign of it being 80s pop and not some sh*tty (imo) mainstream pop from today's age.

I hope it's mixed pop including classics. I'd enjoy that more. If it's a modern one where i don't know any of the songs i probably won't like it so much. Unless the songs happen to be good.

Will they use real-life songs, or will they make their own pop music, like they did in III/LCS?

Never knew they did their own there mercie_blink.gif

Anyways I hope they choose good pop, not the usual dumb radio stuff. On a side note, isn't there a billboard in GTA IV promoting a radio that doesn't even exist in the game?

Boy, am I the only one who thinks 80's pop is worse then anything out today?

I hate it too.

I reckon many here who are less than 25 love it because they first heard it on Vice City and now it reminds them of that game.

It's most likely modern pop, if they used 80s pop the billboard would probably advertise "80s pop" instead of just "pop".

I'm hoping for both a modern pop radio station (today's music) as well as a separate 80s station like Vice City FM.

I really hope V will have the most stations and songs ever

Both 80s and 90s and even early 00s would be good. Nothing newer.

Comedian of the year right here, give this guy a f*cking medal.

Hahaha, oh my god your comment is just amazing.

Yeah, I actually have the courage to say that I liked some Nsync songs, even more so Backstreet boys songs they had some pretty good ones. I kinda like 80s pop, but I do love 90s and 00s pop, but todays pop? Hell no, that sh*tty music can go hide under a rock.

It'd be amazing if it was modern pop only because irl that's actually my towns top 40/ pop station.

Hell no. Pop (especially modern pop) is a disgrace. How can you listen to so called artists like Kesha, singing about alarms then suddenly going to a nightclub, or Rebecca Blacksinging about a day in the f*cking week? Jesus.. these kids earn millions of dollars while damaging the name of music and singing about a bunch of sh*t.
