Hi there!

To get bright and "heavy" ELS lights, here's my suggestion:

1)
Download the "Luminescense mod" made by BXbugs123 from http://gtapolicemods...p?do=file&id=72

2)
If you are not satisfied yet: The mod is a replacement for the "visualSettings.dat"-file. Once the file has been replaced, open it with notepad.

3)
Locate the sections:
#car.siren.color
#other emissive lights

Play around with the parameters. The higher the setting, the stronger the light.

Hope this helps!

Thanks! Do you know what ENB he might be using? Also I am thinking of using this ENB, do you think it might work with 1.0.7.0? some say it will.

I have used Neolux. I'm playing on EFLC. It's really beautiful, and it works well, up until a certain point. I had several CTDs during daytime of the game

My recommendations for ENB is CryEnb or CGE!
