Texturing Car in 3ds Max

hi , guys i just wanted to ask you about a litle bit thing about texturing car in 3ds max , i would like to know 3ds max work for san andreas , okay so i don't know how to convert anything to san andreas i just work for 3d moddeling in 3ds max using tools then create uvmapping then texturing it , but when i tryed to import gta sa car in 3ds max i don't find any textures on it and also nothing are in the material editor unlike zmodeler but always i cannot use zmodeler because i cannot his interface . so i want anyone help me about convert my car to san andreas , make collisant for car , adding textures , car physics ( when the door or bumper , ect ... crashed ) and also the doors , boots , opening , anyways hope you guys understand me and try to help me as you can , thanks and goodbye .
