I have a 250 GB Hard Drive on my 360
I have a 80 GB Hard Drive on my PS3.

While my PS3 Hard Drive wouldn't be worth much, my 360 Hard Drive is loaded.

Four Xbox Originals
Seven Full Fledged 360 Games
Thirty Nine Arcade Games
DLC for like 20 different Games

Eleven Movies
Multiple Seasons Of Various TV Shows

When it comes to Music my Hard Drive may as well be iTunes.
I buy at least 30 albums a year going back as far as 2004, and I put everything on my Hard Drive.
I have at least 300 + Albums covering all genres of music on my Hard Drive.

The true value of my Hard Drive has to be around $1600 if you consider everything used. I can't even think of the number if it were considered new.

80. Empty or full. The retailers will wipe the HDD before they re-sell it, so the games you have on it are worthless.

I just sold my 250GB 360 slim and it had GTA IV + DLC, Mass Effect 1 + DLC, the DLCs for RDR, FO3, Skyrim and Mass Effect 2. Plus 20+ arcade titles

I know they're not buying it based on what's on it. I was just trying to see how much people put on their Drives, and what they thought the TRUE value was. Trust me, I have no desire to sell my Hard Drive. I will have it till the day I die for my music alone.

Hm, I have a few bits of DLC, a fair bit of music and a few downloaded games like super meat boy and trials. It probably comes to around 150, excluding the hard drive itself (250Gb). Around 45% DLC, 40% music and 15% DL games.

Come to think of it I'm glad I haven't put much into it, considering it's only going to be used regularly for about 2 years, then I'll go off to uni tounge.gif

I'm sure other profiles can only use those downloaded games if they're on the Xbox the content was downloaded on. I believe that's how it works for most Xbox DLC.

This is why console DLC and download only games are way overpriced -- there is literally _no_ resale value.

I don't but digital games, if your hard drive gets corrupted or breaks then that's a lot games/DLC gone. That's like buying a multipack of death.

You guys are missing the point though. He's not selling it, he's just saying what the total value of all purchases on his HDD is.

My drawings on my HD would probably land me in prison if I sold it.

It's tied to your account and you can download it anywhere, you never lose it.
