[TxT] Vagos' last territory [PS2]

However, if there still were another enemy territory, they would eventually attack a nearby Grove territory, right? Well, they haven't.
I am playing on the PS2, and I've read there is a glitch concerning gang warfare (http://gta.wikia.com...rigger_turf_war). This glitch seems however to start causing problems after the main storyline, and I have yet to finish the last mission (killing Smoke).
Does anyone know what the problem is, and can I fix it?

The Second (when you come back from Las Venturas) has a zone at the Bayside Marina.
However, there is a very small zone in the Los Santos area North of Grove Street.

As Weasel mentioned there's a chance that you have small Vagos territory in Bayside, check the map.
Check whole I mean whole map not only Los Santos and look properly. Once you have found territory outside of Los Santos you can try to take over it. If you have problems with spawning gang members try to block traffic, wait for gang cars killing gang members in cars may make other gang members appear. If you will still have any problems screen the territory location and post it there, maybe we will be able to help you more.

Ballas & Vagos will attack any territory in accordance with density prerequisites as follows: Grove must yield a minimum density of 16 whereas the adversaries require a minimum of 20 in a separate territory. The flight glitch (which spurs Bayside Marina during ST. Marks Bistro) brews a density of 14, which isn't enough.
Note: The term "density" addresses how much of a stronghold a particularly territory is (not the quantity of territories), for those of you who don't know. To distinguish, the darker a territory is, the higher the density. The best way to tell is gang war waves; if there is one wave of adversaries with 9mm's & bats (in Bayside Marinas case), it's low density.

I ended up finding it in Los Santos and the area was not colored yellow . .
My stats said I had 1 vagos territory remaining .
So I went by commerce because it looked yellowish ... I drove around saw some ballas got in the yellowish territory killed them and nothing happened .
Then I went back saw the ballas again but this time I went across the street to pershing square which had no color that I could see .... I killed them and started my last gang war . It was only 1 wave and my stats went to 100% territory controlled
