New Reflection Problem!

I have seen may transparency related topics in this forums. All used to happen with me also. But now the Transparency problem i have brought is different with those dealt before. This transparency is with damage parts like Bonnet, Bumps, Doors, Adverts. I have been able to solve the Glass transparency issue but not this one please help Me by telling me how to properly place damage parts on the cars and adverts.
The parts known as White64a, scratch64, white128a, crackedglass.
How to assign them in correct way?? so that they don't become transparent??
The Problem is this:-
As you can see the scratches are transparent for doors bonnets, bumps and all parts of damaged vehicles(not in this vehicle but others which i have made). Please tell a solution how to assign them (alpha and Texture) correctly in 3DS MAX 9?
