I am running GTA III for the PC now, just to play around. I have already completed the game itself without cheating, but sometimes it's fun to cheat just for the sake of it.

However, GTA III has very few cheats. Is there a mod that adds cheats to the game? I know there are special cheating devices that add cheats for consoles, but how should I proceed to add the same cheats for the PC?
