Now I know what to expect from these bustards.

The earlier version of it, from SA engine is stolen 'GTA Lviv - Rayon Psihov'.

Just compare these two:

GTA Lviv



GTA Sofia



You can also admit HackMan's LCS Hud from GTA LCS PC Edition 3.1.1.

Well, you are wrong. Traffic lights use the omni lights with special flags(also set in IDE) and are seperate from the actual light surface faces.

Anyways, I've been playing patch 4 with ICEnhancer lately. I got to say, patch 7 is laggy, especially near water compared to 4.
The proper fix, make patch 7 use the old 1.0.4.0 shader system. Hope that doesn't screw up sco formats. The point is to have MP, TLAD, and TBoGT working with the old shaders. I see what people who like patch 4 are saying.

Edit: Do you use Nvidia or ATI?

Actually I prefer having the 1.0.4.0 version,the latest patches screw the game up,anyway,I like the idea of making EFLC work with the old shader system,we'll see on skype...

Old shader system also means fully working ICEnhancer on EFLC.

Edit: I've been playing 1.0.4.0 with ICEnhancer lately. When I go back and play 1.0.7.0, it feels choppy.

If you are game company or something then make your own game, you play with the law!
