[Question] GTA SA Modeling error.

Hi. I recently got back into rigging, and thought I'd have a go at getting some of the cutscene peds working.

I've done everything down to the last detail properly (well, I think so anyway), yet I still get an annoying skeleton bug.

The skeleton's attached properly, the cutscene's original bones were removed, the vertex's are properly assigned to the new, correct bones, yet still this happens.

Any help?

EDIT:

- I'm using 3DS Max '14
- Ignore the texture bug, I just haven't sorted out the .txd yet
