I think it's worth exploring the city in great detail. So much can be missed just by skimming over. I've found enterable buildings as recently as 6 months ago I've never been in before.

I enjoy completing side missions and generally just exploring the city.

Yeah, definetly explore the city more. Grab one of your favorite cars, and just cruise around taking in all of the wonderful things that LC has to offer. Trust me, it provides a great feeling. Also, if you want, just walk around through alleyways, beaches, etc. I actually still find new interiors that I've never been in before to this day by doing that.

On one of my recent saves I finally found the infamous under bridge skate park in Algonquin. I love GTA IV for that reason. It's 5 years old and it still throws curveballs.

Awesome. icon14.gif

GTA IV

* If you have not done this already, get Dwayne's friendship level to a point where he gives a perk, which is being able call up two gang members at anytime to escort you on missions to provide protection. It's a crazy bunch of fun bringing them along on side missions like Brucie's car thefts, the Police Vigilante missions or Little Jacob's drug runs. These guys will shoot at anyone or anything that threatens you in the slightest, rival gangs and police - and as a result, you will witness crazy gunfights in the streets. You can also use them to make trouble with rival gangs out of the side missions and witness shootouts.

* Police Vigilante Missions are good. (See above for more)

* Little Jacob's drug runs were fun too. (See above for more)

* Explore the city in detail.

TBOGT

* Drug Wars, they are crazy fun.

* Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers - every now and then you will see them spawn in the territory of the Jamaican gangs in Broker and Dukes or the M.O.B. gang in Acter, Alderney. All you gotta do is start trouble with any of the these gangs whenever they are both present in the same area, and watch a huge gunfight take place.

Yeah, exploring the city - preferably on foot - is actually really interesting. You can try going to areas that you wouldn't think of going to in vehicles, like the coast in south-east bohan or north Alderney. One thing you may have missed would be the train network, like the 'mural' at Easton (which, by the way, is the only station where both train lines can be accessed), the hobos under middle park (or thereabouts) and the station being constructed over Dukes.

And if you get bored of that, you can climb on top of a train and spawn a bike and get on it, then try to stay on top of the train for as long as possible; you can push people (including policemen) in front of trains or push them on the tracks and shoot out their kneecaps in front of an oncoming train.

So yeah, trains. In case you hadn't done much with them.

The city is something that I myself am still exploring.
For me, fistfighting people and performing karate combos on them has been very satisfying - because I discovered how to do combos just recently and spent time perfecting the timing on executing these combos. I don't know, legend90, if you already know how to perform karate moves or not, if you don't then search gta iv combos on youtube or something.
Also, vigilante missions as previously suggested are awesome - especially at higher levels - and try them in different parts of the city, for you'll be fighting different gangs and criminals according to wether you are in Bohan or Algonquin.

Oh, and if you have finished GTA IV only once, then, you have to play it again - this time with different choices. The game will feel different. I believe that GTA IV has to be played at least twice for the full experience.

turn up your volume up really high (preferrably when home alone) and take a walk through central park. Listen to the surroundings. Its really peaceful despite it being in the concrete jungle.

Exactly what I was saying. icon14.gif icon14.gif Keep exploring, man. Trust me, it's amazing what you'll discover. Just going around the city taking in every little detail provides a wonderful feeling. I never get tired of it.

I'm not sure if this is something you guys have tried, but also have a go at seeing if you can get a car or bike to go around the rollercoaster tracks.

I've tried with a Dukes and a PCJ600, but it's damn hard.

Can you explain what you mean by this? Also, can you provide pictures of where the buildings are located?

Well for example across the road from the Bohan safehouse I didn't know those buildings could be entered. Most I've found are just random apartment blocks.
