I like Shoreside Vale, has some striking views. Going underneath the bridge by boat is also a spectacle to see.

Saint Marks, Portland. Now that we have no Mafia goons with Shotguns aiming at you, like they did in GTA III, I can enjoy having a relaxing bike ride on its streets. inlove.gif

Shoreside Vale is a very nice place to relax and there is quite a few places within Shoreside Vale that you can relax in. For example, places like the Picnic area and as you said, on the water are really nice places to relax. Nice topic man icon14.gif

The picnic area is a great place for a nice relaxing walk. Also, going by the water provides a wonderful view.

Lots of places to relax in LCS. We can even relax in Saint Marks now without the mafia blowing us to pieces.

Yes, GTA Games certainly have some really good views icon14.gif
In fact, the picnic area, while small, is definetly a great place in LC as it is just packed away in the corner and has some of the best views ever Shifty41s_beerhatsmilie2.gif

Is this what you call relaxing?

Poirtland is alright but the only place relaxing to me is behind Salvatore's mansion with the grass and the benches. The rest isn't too relaxing.

That long road going from the Hospital (Portland View) to Punk Noodles to the start of Callahan Bridge. I absolutely love the atmosphere of that road.
