Mmh... Okay, last off-topic. An example: APB Reloaded in the latest patch is now forcing DEP to be enabled for some anti-hack prevention. EVERYONE who was using Windows XP x64 can't play anymore because it wasn't introduced on it, a developer also stated this and they no longer support this version of windows.

On-topic: Can we get some vanilla GTA:SA screenshots at 1920x1080 with this?

You can apply reflective material to models, just like Flame has done in his HRT 1.4.

No, you don't understand, asking how it is done is already off-topic because it requires editing the models via 3DS Max, since SA::RENDER doesn't modify models, it's considered off-topic.

is it possible to make it as shader then? i've viewed things that use 3ds editing but you can't adapt it with some lighting. so many off-topic and you guys just blame it all to me

Who blame it all on you? Guys were also talking about DEP and WindowsXP/server 2003.
Like metho daid, your best bet to get help is to ask it in the dedicated subforum in III Era modding.
Or you can ask Flame how he did it.
And how do you know you can't adapt while SA: Render is not even released yet?

Just stop this offtopic crap and stay ontopic. PetkaGTA would probably murder all of us if he found out this topic has gone offtopic.

Maybe the devs should list what they HOPE to achieve with SA::Render, so everyone doesn't post "can you do this, or this, or even this?"

From those few pictures, I already love the way it makes things look, and I can't wait until it's released!

Also, I have a question regarding rain... Since you made the wet pavement more realistic, I was wondering if you plan on making the rain more realistic?

ENB series has a very lame way to generate reflections. I can't understand how people like it so much.

ENB series has a very lame way to generate reflections. I can't understand how people like it so much.

ENB does water distortion in screen space, as with most effects that the mod can do.

enb is trash, first is not playable it just decoration so it is not a good mod, second make my eyes bleed because of too much bloom and saoo

Link2012 was looking into making a Weather Fix Script soon.
He has already whipped me up a quick script which removes the grain/noise when it rains, and that wind/fog when it rains, you know the effect I'm talking about, I don't know how to describe it.

Anyway, I hope he can fix the rain under shelter. Right now when you're under shelter like a bridge you can't see any rain.

enb isn't trash.. stop talking like that.

methodunderg well, fog sucks but the wind doesn't ( i think ) i think it's great to have script like that removing grain/noise.that effect f*cked out the FPS for me.
what things you'll fix?
is it possible to fix sand storms?

Just a request to devs... if you have implemented the shadow shader already, have you considered testing how CPU demanding it's to render them from every scene light? I'm very curious how it looks and how much it affects FPS tounge.gif
