This is actually my first effort in making a real word vehicle, usually I have just made new GTA Styled Vehicles, and I don't plan to go too far from that with this project either, I am not aiming for a Perfect 100% representation of the real model, just something that looks close enough that you can identify as the actual vehicle but not something so full of detail I will have to spend weeks or months working on it, hence the reason why I used the Admiral as a base for this Project, and also since it has a very similar Body (Some might say the Sentinel from Vice City, but no this is actually closer) it saves a lot of time modeling parts that already exist, with the Admiral it is only a Minor Modification of the Rear End for the new Tail Lights, and also adding some badges to the boot, the Whole front Quarter needs remodeling from Scratch but that was going to happen no matter which vehicle I picked, The Car will be in Left Hand Drive just so I don't have to mess around with all the crap In-Game to get it working properly, anyway Below is a progress shot showing most of the work completed on the front, the back has some textures for the tail lights but they are just overlapping the Admiral existing Lights as a test so I still have to model that up, but the badges on the Boot lid are complete, Wagon and Ute variants are also a possibility with maybe even a Fairlane and LTD coming later after that.

EDIT: May 13, 2014
For anyone who still views this topic I thought I would post a sneaky preview on something I have been working on the past couple days instead of some of my other projects I started this....
The San Andreas Admiral converted Model at the bottom and my beginnings for a scratch built Super High Poly Model at the Top with aims for an IV release on the SHP model.
(XE mock up in the middle, "Now with the new Falcon subtle changes have been made outside, significant changes made inside.
The Alloy Head II engine incorporates a viscous clutch fan reducing engine lag, a two stage carburettor metres fuel more accurately, more efficiently. And an optional 5 speed manual transmission is available for the 3.3 litre engine. Falcon's completely new watts-link rear suspension system with 6 bar linkage and coil springs provides a smoother ride and safer road holding, through better control.")
Its still early but it is something new that I hope to work more on and complete eventually.
I figure that it will be easier to make a new model up to the B Pillar and then from that point carry the project in four different directions, being Sedan, Ute, Wagon and LWB, with, but I highly doubt I would do it, a Panel Van option on the Ute. Rather than trying to make a Sedan model from San Andreas into a Wagon I figure that making a whole new model which I can purpose build to each body type and that is high quality is a better use of my time, and even if I finish them and it never makes it in game atleast it will be a beautiful model to add into my portfolio. (I am sure some people would love to get access to my Scenes folder of 3DS Max and see all the things I have made but never released or talked about, but this is one I would like to show off)
Little more done, but this is an outdated shot already as I have progressed Further.
May 14 Update....
Since I first started modding I have made many attempts to build this vehicle for the first couple years I attempted to build it from scratch, none of which progressed very far at all, last year I successfully converted the San Andreas Admiral model into a look alike of the car (the one in this topic) which although I put alot of work into making the exterior look similar and also making a proper interior it just never satisfied my desire to get a proper looking real thing done but just seeing my progress over the last few days reach the point it has makes me so proud that I have stuck with it this time and hope to give this car the tribute it deserves, being a local car that also has lots of followers who love it I found a bucket load of reference pictures from peoples restoration projects so I hope to get as many details correct as possible this time around.
[And Another Edit]
Another nice little shot showing the progress and details I have had to get just right on the lower front bumper by measuring the spacing and cutting perfectly, its much longer and harder to get one piece of the car correct when you are going for a detailed 99% match compared to a look alike, some parts have taken several go's just for me to be happy with the model. Please also note that in these shots the Grill, Headlights and Indicators are not part of the final model but just size appropriate placeholders to help give me an idea of what the model will look like.
I will have to make a new topic for this model eventually as think of these as two different mods, one being a VC/SA Styled replica and this being an accuracy high quality scratch build, that and I am aiming for an IV release, I would prefer to go for GTA V but not having a PC version out I will have to stick with IV, this would be a great cruiser for V to take around the desert and hills. I'll probably keep sneaking my progress here in this topic until someone notices it and then I might get around and make a new topic for it, or just keep posting updates in my profile page.
