Can GTA IV run for me?

Hello fellow GTA players, I would love to play GTA IV on my PC, I can get into the game and drive around.. But, the ground is invisible? How can I get this fixed... Everything just floats.. I need help fixing this so I can play and have fun like the rest of you..
My computer has...

Intel HD Graphics 3000 Mobile

Intel Pentium Processor B960

4002 MB

As I said in the system req. topic, your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements. The game needs at least 220MB of VRAM to run properly at the Lowest settings, and the invisibility issue is caused due to the lack of VRAM.

So, There is no way I can fix it? is it possible to get my VRAM bumped up??

I don't think so. You'll need a new build if you're willing to play the game properly.

I'm guessing it is a laptop your trying to play it on.

Have you had a look in the BIOS to see if you can allocate more memory to be used by the the graphics?

i heard through memrestrict commandlines, but haven't had time to try it myself.
