My first was GTA 1 on PC, in early 1999. A friend showed it to me on his PC. I asked for and got GTA 1 and 2 for Christmas that year but GTA 2 didn't work properly on the family computer so I mainly just played GTA 1. GTA III is what really made me a fan though. That game was brilliant and is still my favorite GTA.

| Grand Theft Auto, in 1997. It was revolutionary and controversial. I'd always turn it off if my parents came in my room!|
Hahaha honestly my parents didn't even care. Quite often after I came home from school I'd play GTA on my PS1 even if my parents were home. Those were the days.

I have never played first two games, and I'm not interested into them to play in the future.

The fun thing is that even if I hadn't played it, San Andreas was something big for me when I was a kid. I guess it was soon after the game came out, I loved to hear a friend speak about it, and the things that could be done. I remember that in a classroom of my school there was a poster of SA, which had pictures of CJ in a motorbike running through some railway and riding a zodiac close the SF "Golden Gate". I knew that game has to be something awesome, but I couldn't play it
