And "Niko" means "Nobody" in Serbian.

"Nobody" + "Penis" = Nobody's Penis

Actually, since Niko is Serbian, "Bellic" is the Americanized version of "Belić" which means "the white one" and is a fairly common last name in that region (from what some Serbians at my school have told me).
