I see what you mean now, but that is not an in-game glitch. It seems like the apparent glitch is just caused by the compression of the video. Especially since it looks like you made the screenshots of the gameplay video on YouTube. If you want to get the best quality as possible, then I suggest you to download the video and watch it - then you can make screenshots of it, and cut it right in Photoshop. That way, you get the best quality as possible from the video.

That's not correct. Since the release happens in middle September, it will still take some time until it goes gold. The last three GTA titles went gold between 12 and 14 days prior the release; and the same will be probably the case with V. Also, Rockstar will announce it when the game goes gold.

I cannot remember the title of the topic nor the title of the video, but a member of this forum posted a video that compares the shooting mechanics of GTAV with the one of Max Payne 3. The former one is slightly more fluidic than the latter one, which is quite impressive I would say.
