If done right, Slender Man should be appearing in the countryside, or at least in a mythical way where people start believing they heard footsteps or saw a white-headed figure while driving through there or turning their camera, etc. It is definitely the go-to scary thing these days.

It would be fun! I hope this happens, or atleast something scary not Slenderman but any scary thingy.

bigfoot, on the other hand! (or should that be the other foot?), I'd love to find a samsquamch in the woods!

Right, me too. Hell, even wild boar.

Slenderman (one word, I guess?) would be the myth to expose. The "other thing," like a cannibal serial killer, would be real.

You can't spell "wilderness" without "wild."

And at night you should see someone infront of the window when you're far away. And as you get closer he disappears.

That would cost money for them to borrow a character from another game and would be irrespective of their own ability to be creative and do their own things.

I mentioned it before in another thread, I think that the closest thing we'll get to Slenderman is some sort of sit hanging from a tree at night deep in the forest and there will be thin, pointy branches sticking out of the back to give that illusion of Slenderman, sort of like an easter egg or something. That's probably as close as it'll get IMO. A creepy abandoned cabin is more realistic to expect I would think.

This.

While driving around in a remote forest area, you come upon a partially hidden dirt road leading deeper into the woods. After a few minutes the trail comes to an end, and you find yourself outside an old cabin. After searching through the upper and ground floors without finding anything of interest, you discover a door hiding a staircase leading into the basement. What you discover in the basement is a scene straight from a nightmare. Blood-covered tools and menacing contraptions litter the tables and floors, and the metallic smell of blood is so strong it sticks to your tongue. You walk deeper into the basement, fearful of what you might discover. You hear a whimpering sound from a closet. You reach out with trembling hands to open it, and thatīs when you hear the telltale sound of a chainsaw roaring into action behind you...

Am I the only one who thinks slenderman isn't scary at all? I rather see mysterious easter eggs like mad dogg's haunted mansion or something.

Close but no cigar. The Evil Dead cabin was in Morristown TN while Dolly's is in Sevierville. This is what's left of the ED cabin.
