its probably a nice card, but no one can reliably say that buying such a card will enable you to set everything to maximum. you would have to have a 6 ghz quad core CPU for such a setting. i have had gtx 480 with both i5-750 @ 3.4 ghz and x4 975 @ 4.2 ghz - i am satisfied with running even night shadows on, but still have not set EVERYTHING to maximum

You can't compare a GTX 480 with a GTX 660 TI, I'm pretty sure there's a huge difference. The GTX 660 TI has a different chipset. The GTX 480 has a "Fermi GF100" and the GTX 660 TI has a "Kepler GK104" chipset with new technology.
