| Probably won't let you out of it if you can drive it, you wouldn't have gear on, you'd just be in regular clothes (think i saw a driver in it in one of the screens).|
If you tried to open it under water, it likely cannot be opened either, because of the pressure. And if you did open it, it would likely immediately destroy the vehicle, so they probably for those reasons won't allow you to exit it without surfacing first.
It would be safe to do closer to the surface.
There could be a valve to allow water into the sub to allow you to open the hatch one the pressure has equalized, but I doubt they would show that in the exiting animation.
I don't think the ocean floor is going to be so deep that pressure becomes an issue. We'll probably be able to enter and exit the submarine by some hatch in the floor.
Maybe an undercarriage hatch, perhaps. But in that sub? I think the real one has it, but it looks smaller than the real one, we'll see. Other than that, it would have its electric fried inside, and you can't open a car door that is completely submersed, let alone a sub deeper
The hatch is in the bottom, air pressure inside the submarine keeps the water out. It's the principle of a diving bell.
Or maybe we just get in the f*cking sub with Scuba gear on and if we get in without it then once we leave the sub we have an extremely short time to swim to the surface
