I'm playing the demo for this now.
I can appreciate a move back to an enclosed space with a creepy dark atmosphere, but it's still a terrible game.
They never should have incorporated the over the shoulder view, they use it too restrictively.
The enemies in this game are none other than Zoidberg. Wow, I'm scared.
They need to just look at their original games and go back to that, a good start would be to remake (from scratch with new tech) Res Evil 1 2 and 3. I would buy those games.

I've got the full game pre-ordered and waiting.

It looks better than RE6 by a long shot.

Very true.

Did you ever play Resident Evil? The first one.

Just played the demo. I loved it, but I definitely see what you mean Chukkles.

Even though you cannot really judge a full game based on the demo, I don't know how many changes they can make in 4 days. Even though there was 1 type of monster, I did get that feeling of being closed in and did not want him near me.

I still wish they implemented the old menu system..I would get so nostalgic over that. I felt that was a little disappointing..

I loved the way they displayed the health in the past and you only have 6 slots or something. I am still playing RE1, RE2 and RE3 on my Vita.

If there was a fine line where Resident Evil games were not as great and which were awesome. Resident Evil Revelations kind of falls into the middle with it.

I've played all of them.

The last one I truly enjoyed entirely, was Code Veronica.
As for the newest ones, I enjoyed RE5's Lost in Nightmares DLC.

My all time favorite is a tight running between RE2 & Code Veronica.
